All this gives the Bieszczady Mountains their exceptional charm. Picturesque wooden churches and forgotten cemeteries are remnants of bygone times when—ironically—the Bieszczady were closer to civilization. Today, although popular with tourists, they still offer the chance to experience an extraordinary sense of harmony and peace, which can be found right here.
